I have a question I really need answered now!!! I am working on a project of the removal of calcium oxalate from edible plants, but here’s the thing I CAN’T FIND ANYTHING THAT WILL HELP ME!!! Does somebody know how to measure calcium oxalate easily?, and can somebody tell me if cranberry juice can remove oxalate from a plant? Help soon please. Thank you. =]

Did you know that Calcium oxalate is also called Beerstone? You can read more about how the beer making industry uses strong soaps and cleaning supplies to remove calcium oxalate from their kegs here:

I’m not sure how to measure beerstone or how cranberry juice will work, but hopefully you can do a bit more research and maybe some tests and let us know what you find out.
